Returns are allowed for defective or damaged books.

1. Damaged/defective product: A damaged product or a manufacturing error, Pipo Pixel offers a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery, along with your order ID and required photo proof(Link). There is no need to return the damaged product.
   
   
2. Returns/exchanges: All products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if your customer ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind.
   
   
3. Digital products: All digital products are delivered instantly and therefore non-refundable. If you encounter any issues with your download or have questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us — we’re happy to help!
